  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

International Shipping:

Lost or Stolen Packages

BRANDIT SHOESNMORE LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen:

  • First, check around your delivery location and with neighbors.

  • Then, contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
