Return Process

Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return following the steps above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Cancellations
